This has only been happening since I u/g to 3.0 version. One of the torrents is showing this message "An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full." Files get to 99.9% complete and then stop. Torrents seem to download at normal speeds, caps out at around 1.3MB second which is the capacity of my pipe.
